How do I select my size?

Each product has an attached size guide. If you require assistance with sizing please contact us at hello@minazthelabel.com

How is your product quality?

We use the highest quality materials, the industry best embroidery machines and the best fabric dyes on the market to ensure minimal fade.

How can i wash your clothing?

As we carry a wide variety of products, each product comes with care instructions. Unless specified, please dry clean or hand wash and hang to dry.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

Yes we do! If you are interested in purchasing wholesale from us, you are requested to contact us via email at hello@minazthelabel.com

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we can only ship to Canada, USA, UK, Australia, France & Germany.

We soon hope to be able to add more stopes on our journey.

Will I have to pay duties?

Clothing items with lower price points tend to not attract duties but in the event that your local tax authority decides to charge duties, it is your responsibility as the buyer to pay for those duties.

Can I make an change to an order?

Once your items have been dispatched we are unable to make changes to your order.

If you require to make a change please send an email to hello@minazthelabel.com with the subject line "ORDER CHANGE REQUESTl [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]"

What happens if my packages is lost or damaged in transit?

Lost items

Items that are lost during transit are eligible to be replaced at no cost to you.

Please contact hello@minazthelabel.com with your order number and the subject line "LOST ORDER" and we will investigate this for you.

Here are some tips when your package says delivered but you can't seem to find it:

1. Check that your shipping address is correct.
2. Check around your home or building, or with neighbors.
3. Give it three days. Sometimes incorrectly scanned packages turn up a bit later.
4. Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail.
5. Check for a notice of attempted delivery.
6. Contact your local post office

Damaged Items

Items that are damaged in transit are eligible to be replaced at no cost to you. Please contact our support team at hello@minazthelabel.com with the following:

1. Your order number

2. List of items that are damaged

3. Photos of the original packaging and damaged items.

What happens if my package is unclaimed/undeliverable?

Unclaimed/undeliverable packages that are returned back to us, will be re-shipped back to you at your expense.

If your package is unclaimed and lost (not returned back to us) you will be required to cover the cost of the items + shipping in order to have it re-sent back to you.

Payments & Delivery

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment via most major credit cards, PayPal & AfterPay.

When will I receive a tracking number?

After placing your order, please allow us up to 48 hours to process, pack and ship your order to you. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order using our order tracking service here.

Simply enter your tracking number into the search box and your request will be processed.

Refunds & Exchanges

How can I exchange a product?

The quickest way to facilitate a size exchange is to purchase the new item you want and at the same time initiate a return with us.

We offer free size exchanges but it is your responsibility to pay the return shipping fees.

Please contact us at hello@minazthelabel.com before you return your items for exchange.

How can I retrun a product?

In the rare occurence that you are unhappy with your product, you have 10 days (after delivery) to initiate a return.

Please note the following:

1. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping costs.

2. Shipping costs are non-refundable

3. All items returned must be in their original packaging, including any garment bags & tags (must still be attached)

4. We reserve the right to reject a return if we deem the item to be in used condition or if the tags and labels have been improperly removed

How can I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of our business, once an order is placed it is sent for dispatch almost immediately making it quite difficult to cancel an order. Nonetheless, we will try our best to facilitate your request when you email us at hello@minazthelabel.com
